It is protected and encrypted multiple times to ensure security. However, if you feel it necessary, you may request a paper record. I understand that a diagnosis could negatively impact your career and I keep that in mind as I'm working with you.

It can be difficult to move from professional to patient. I am familiar with your world, so I am able to discuss your treatment with you as an equal and we work together to make a plan that is tailored to your needs, to treat the problem as quickly, gently, and confidentially as possible.
